1. Do you have any discount and what is it ?
Yes, we do have discount for online orders. And we always have special price for special orders. See our Discount Policy for detail.
2. Do you have a show room and take walk-in service ?
Yes, we have a show room and take walk-in service. Our show room locates at 1220 Broadway(Btw 30st and 31th street), Suite 603, New York, NY 10001.
3. What is your business hour ?
Our business hour is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM eastern time.

5. Do you take phone, email, fax, or on-location orders ?
Yes, we do, but we recommend our customers to place orders online. It's more secured and convenience, also it's less mistakes; Otherwise, if your credit card is not presented, you are required to sign a credit card authorization form and fax over with a copy of your credit cart and a copy of your ID.
6. Do you take international order ?
Yes, we do and ship internationally. Please email us for details.
7. How much is your minimum order amount ?
A minimum $100.00 USD order amount is required to checkout your online order.
8. How do I register a new online account ?
You click the Register on the upper right corner of our website, it will direct you to the registration web page. Just follow the instruction on that page and provide the required information to open your online account.
9. Will you keep my credit card information on file ?
We DO NOT STORE or KEEP your credit card information in our server or our system. Your online payment transaction on our website is processed securely by Paypal. However, for orders made at trade show, we would call for credit card information and may keep your credit card information only when we have your permission.
10. What carrier do you use to ship my order ?
We ship all online orders by UPS. If you have other preferred options, please put your request in the Add Comments About Your Order box in STEP 4: DELIVERY METHOD, when checking out your online orders.
11. Can you ship my order using my own UPS or Fedex account ?
If you prefer to use your own UPS or Fedex account to ship your order, please put your Fedex or UPS account and shipping method detail in the Add Comments About Your Order box in STEP 4: DELIVERY METHOD, when checking out your online orders.
12. Can you send my order via USPS ?
Yes, We can and please put your request and shipping method in the Add Comments About Your Order box in STEP 4: DELIVERY METHOD, when checking out your online orders. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping fee incurs by USPS shipping.
13. Do you ship to P.O. Box address ?
No, UPS does not delivery to P.O. Box address; However, we can ship your order to P.O. Box address via USPS. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping fee incurs by USPS shipping.
14. Does UPS deliver on Saturday ?
Yes, UPS can delivery your shipment on Saturday, and UPS will charge additional fee for that. Flat Rate Shipping policy does not include this fee. Customer is responsible for this additional fee. Please put your request in the Add Comments About Your Order box in STEP 4: DELIVERY METHOD , when checking out your online orders.
15. Is adult signture required for signing my UPS shipment ?
Yes, adult signture is required when you are receiving your UPS shipment. UPS will not drop off your shipment at your door without an adult signture. If you maybe not available at the delivered time, you can write something like "DELIVERY WITHOUT SIGNTURE" in the Add Comments About Your Order box in STEP 4: DELIVERY METHOD, when checking out your online orders. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost because of this.
16. What carrier do you use to ship international order ?
We can ship international orders using either Fedex or UPS or USPS. You must state which carrier you would like to ship for your international order in the Add Comments About Your Order box in STEP 4: DELIVERY METHOD, when checking out your online orders. Otherwise, we will ship your international order using the carrier and shipping method you selected in your order. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping fee if the shipping fee you pay can not cover the new shipping fee.
17. What is the deadline for my online order to ensure that will ship out on the same day ?
We always try the best to ship out all orders on the same day for orders place before 2:00 PM eastern time, but it is not guaranteed. Please check out our Shipping Policy for shipment processing time or detail.
18. How long does it take for my return to be processed ?
It takes about 5 to 10 business days to process your returns from the day we received your request. Please follow our Returns Policy to file your returns.
