1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
We always try the best to ship out all orders which have no payment issue on the same day for orders place before 2:00 PM eastern time. All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Thank you for your understanding.
2. UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS)
We ship all online orders by UPS; However, we can also ship orders using Fedex and USPS, please enter your request in Add Comments About Your Order box in STEP 4: DELIVERY METHOD when you checkout your online order. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping fee if the UPS shipping fee you paid can not cover the new shipping fee charge by carrier such as Fedex. If you want to ship your orders using your own UPS or Fedex account, please enter your carrier's account and shipping method detail in Add Comments About Your Order box. Then select Pickup From Store as your shipping method, as a result no shipping fee will charge on your order.

5. UPS GROUND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time for your shipment is upon the carrier you choose, we are not responsible for any delay.
6. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and also containing your tracking numbers. These tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours and you can track your shipment by entering them onto shipment carrier's website.
7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. And please save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
If you believe your products damaged did not cause by the carrier, please follow the Return Policy to file a return.
